NIE Patch is distributed with source code.
NIE Patch has been compiled with NTK 1.6.4 for MacOS and NewtonOS 2.0 Platform file 1.2b2. These can be downloaded from Apple's FTP or UNNA.
Compilation of NIE Patch is pretty straightforward. Open the project file ("NIE Patch") and then choose Build Package from the project menu.
I think that NIE Patch source code respects Kallisys Reflexive License section 4.3.5.
