Announcing ModemBridge V1.3

Description :

			ModemBridge let's you use your Newton's PCMCIA 
			modem or IR port from your desktop machine via a
			serial connection.  

			Now you can share your Newton's PCMCIA modem
			with your desktop or laptop computer.

Requirements :

			ModemBridge requires Newton OS 2 and a serial 
			connection to a computer (minimum for
			IR use).

			A PCMCIA Modem is required for full use.

Features :

	*	ModemBridge allows a computer to connect to 
			via modem through your Newton.

	*	Performance meters show baud rate in and out
			through the modem.

	*	User configurable port settings.

	*	ModemBridge will iconify while online, in case you 
			need to jot down a note or look up a mail addess.

	*	Fully usable demo : Demo works full featured until 
			midnight on December 25, 1996.  After that time, 
			it will work only up to 9600 baud unless you register.

	*	Rotatable : fully supports screen rotation.

	*	Affordable !   A mere $25, Visa/Mastercard & 
			Discover accepted.  Order by phone, fax or mail (sorry, I do
			not have secure internet).  PA residents must add 6% sales tax.

Upgrades :

			Free upgrades to Version 2.0 :

					Version 1.1 : Fixed a bug involving backups to 
															 memory cards (see bottom of this page)

					Version 1.2 : Sped up the screen initialization 
															when the app is started

					Version 1.3 : Remembers where the icon was placed

					Version 2.0 : Will support the new Newton MP2000
													    screen size
